Homeowners associations: You either love them or you hate them.  HOAs for the most part have rules that make sense. And, believe it or not, a lot of people prefer to live within an HOA

One person's patriotic expression appears to be another's clutter in a Draper condominium project. A homeowner says he's being ordered to retire "Old Glory" permanently and to take it down. But he says he's not about to do that.

Over the next decade, condo towers are expected to rise where now mobile homes are jammed bumper to hitch. Once the spot along the Atlantic Ocean was a pasture and strawberry field. Before that, it was open land, populated perhaps by nomadic Seminoles and before them, indigenous peoples.
