Book Reviews from Investigate Some Good Books participants

Sweet Revenge by Nora Roberts: Love it. She proves to her father that she is not weak and useless by stealing a necklace that belonged to her mother.

O'Hurley's Return by Nora Roberts: You can't put it down. It has a little bit of everything in it.

Behind Closed Doors by Kimberla Lawson Roby: This was a very interesting book regarding keeping your marriage together and dealing with faith and trust and communications.

Acorna's People by Anne McCaffrey: I'm a fan of Anne McCaffrey (love her Pern series), but Acorna's People is not the same caliber. Characters are flat. Read only if nothing better presents itself.

Casting the first stone by Kimberla Lawson Roby: This book is really where you get your perspectives, and priorities straight when putting your faith in God and dedicating your Soul to God and not Man, or (the Preacher). I really admired his wife (very strong woman).

Prior Bad Acts by Tami Hoag: Suspenseful. Good read.

Honeymoon by James Patterson: Great Book! Very good readers.

Midnight Bayou by Nora Roberts: Nora Roberts' books never cease to amaze me. Every book of hers that I've read has been phenomenal. This particular novel is full of suspense, mystery, romance...the whole package! The best part about reading this story is the unpredictabilty that comes along with it...Two thumbs up.

Smoke Screen by Dick Francis: I can always count on Dick Francis' books to be free of explicit sex and foul language--such a treat. All his books have some violence (hero is always hurt once or more) and interesting facts about horse racing.
