Scott Rosenberg wrote an excellent four point, counterpoint piece on the War. It is very cogent - I have not seen anything like this in mainstream press. The comments also make for heated interesting reading.

Just like Jon Dennis of the Guardian Unlimited stated:

The only debate in the U.S. media is on the Web, Dennis said. "Weblogs are doing all the work that the U.S. media did in the past," he said. "That's an interesting development."

War or no war, today is the Third Thursday of the month - the Slat Rat's Community Service Day from Hell.

A two hour Government Hill Tank Farm Hazards SubCommittee meeting. This is the group that is composed of Government Hill Community members, Industry Operators (Williams, Chevron, Tesero, etc.), and our trusy mediator - Dave Hansen.

A two hour Concert Association meeting from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM.

A two and a half hour Government Hill Community Council meeting from 7:00 PM to 9:30 PM.

I am soooooo tired. I'm watching Buffy, hanging out with Clemmie, blogging and drinking a beer (a bad idea before bedtime, but I was craving an IPA). I know its way late but I just have to decompress for a bit. Fortunately, I'm watching the funniest Buffy episode I've seen - Life Serial. It has a hilarious Groundhog Day involving a Mummy Hand a la The Thing from the Addams Family. I hurt myself laughing.
