Lenn Pryor: "evangelism, dogma, rhetoric, and believing." Now you know why I love working for Lenn. Evangelists must keep their credibility above all else. How do you keep your credibility? By showing you are an authority on the topic. I love having a boss who shows me cool stuff I can do with Windows. How does he learn all sorts of tricks in Windows? He tries stuff out. Learns the system inside and out.

For a bonus, he links to Guy Kawasaki (who has a list of rules for open source evangelists). We're all really just following in his footsteps, you know.

Thanks to Christopher Coulter for sending me a bunch of Tablet PC news tonight.

"We bet the company on Microsoft," said Loughan. "And you know what? It was a damn good decision."

Anyone else wanna make a bet? Like I said, there is a tidal wave of opportunity coming toward ISVs. Who's next?

BBC: Do babyblogs violate children's privacy?

OK, nice sensationalistic article, but why not give some solutions? There are many ways to password protect Web sites so that only your family can get in. This makes it seem like the press is interested only in sensationalism and not solutions.
