Richard Childess and Chris Sells are thinking outside the box: they are trying to find a way to get people to upgrade to the new Windows XP.
I think it's an idea that's worth considering, but I don't see us giving away Windows for free. But, yes, getting people to upgrade their computers to a more secure system would be a very good thing for everyone.
