Last night's show got a little crazy. An indepth interview with 'Princess', a college girl working to put herself through school (!) and two of the dancers of the Midnight Fantasy show. Our US engineers were really diggin' the scene as well as can be seen in this foto collage

Channel 101. No longer a show, in fact. A living, autonomous, untelevised TV network, powered not by promise of reward to the artist, but by the artist's desire to reward the audience.
This reuters article sums it all up. He who has more money wins. More money equals more tv advertising, and tv advertising really works.
Of course this is all still the 'old system'. The new system consists of freedom of speech tools like weblogs and distribution networks using RSS. Howard Dean proved that you can use the new system to raise the all important cash ($40 million). It shouldn't be too long now before we have a candidate that will raise money in that manner, but will utiize it to build more of the new system infrastructure.
Don't expect that this time 'round, but I'm hopeful we can use the current infrastructure to oust the Bush regime.
Spent most of the night uploading tv files to the dutch media with pre-packaged items from our vegas adventures. Once the dust settles I'll also bake a few quicktime verions.
Tomorrow is the big day! 5 couples to be married by yours truly in the little white chappel of flowers. And the timing is perfect, vegas is great fun, but more thn a week is a bit much :)
