Here, here!  My blog contains many ramdon thoughts, interests, and many other things.  While it's not quite an image of my mind, it will be soon with a lot of the tools, applications, and other stuff starting to flow through my blog.

David W. has it:  Weblogging is about creating an online self.  It is your mind... online.  It isn't a cartoon avatar or a silly sign-in name.  It is your body of work, your writing that brings your mind alive online.  It can't be done in a couple articles.  You need to slog at it, day-in day-out, until people begin to understand how you think.  [John Robb's Radio Weblog]

This is my first post remotely in a couple of days.  Thanks to Lawrence and Dave for all the hard work in getting the remote posting issue fixed.  Userland rocks!  4:56:26 PM   comments ()

What I wouldn't give for a hunter-gatherer existence right now. You have to work for a BigCo for a while in order to figure out what they are all about and to determine whether or not it's for you. I, for one, can say it's not for me. I've been working for a Big 5 firm for nine months now. I just don't understand why people have to act the way they do. I'm going to start calling this "phantom phallus syndrome." Let me define "phantom phallus syndrome": you portray with your attitude you have a big one, but when you look in the mirror your are reminded that you don't.

However, the job market being what it is, I have a feeling I'm not going any where any time soon. It is better than being unemployed.  2:24:20 PM   comments ()
