What a freaking raquet.  BPM and EAI are the two biggest rat-holes I've even spent time trying to understand -- and I still don't get it.  If you put these two acronyms together, you get the equivalent of one good systems architect who also understands process and data modeling.  One person, that's all it takes.  Yet, businesses throw millions of dollars at these issues every hear in hope of downing the white elephant.

These seems to be the theme of the day.  I can't tell you how many people I've talked to today that are having security problems or security issues are hampering system deployments.  You've got to feel kind of sorry for this Charney guy.  The developers at Microsoft are going to make his life a living hell.
