Dave Winer is a Madman
Dave Winer is a madman.
He spends a good couple of weeks pre-hyping Radio Community Server hinting about the pricing, and the good for nothing scumbag goes and releases it for free!

Sir, we had an E-mai..I mean a contract!
Interesting article over on the Boston Globe about e-mails being accepted as a signed legal contract. It's worth nothing that the judge didn't find a single e-mail binding, but rather the correspondence taken as a whole....
