Riddle me this, Sushi-man
So...I was asked by The Girl to pick up some sushi on the way home, as we have guests (her sister and Associated Lillian cousins), so I stop by my favorite place for Sushi - "Shino Express".
So, here's the riddle - I ordered 43 pieces of Sushi, and I got - 43 pieces of sushi, 3 packets of soy-sauce, and 1 set of sticks. I hope I didn't look that hungry. :)

iTunes V. Odeo
So. iTunes 4.9 is out, with it's support for Podcasting. Meh.
Don't get me wrong, it's great that Apple is supporting podcasting. This, like adding the l'il RSS button in Safari, will help push this mainstream. In fact, even more than that RSS button, because millions of people use iTunes, because millions of people use iPods.
If you do a Podcast, NOW, get on iTunes, NOW. Again, because your potential reach just expanded by millions.
How is it? It's O.K. I think I like Odeo more, tho.
See, Odeo's still in beta, so I'm not sure how much I'm supposed to talk about it. :)

Time Management - approaching problems from the right direction
Teal Sunglasses: Joe Wilcox - Power Down, Power Me Up: "That corporate-wide calendar/meeting beast isn't there to manage your meetings. It's there to manage your TIME. That means if you don't use it to manage your time, others will manage your time FOR you."(Via .)
Man, he's so got my number.
My big problem is that I need to lower my billing hours so that I have a chance in hell of keeping up with the tasks that I need to cover in my capacity as director of our group.
So what's the problem? Well, for starters, it's not time I need to block, but more time I need to reduce.
Though writing that, I realize, maybe I'm just approaching this the wrong direction. I need to assess out the tasks I need to do (the reason to drop the billing hours) and block that time out, then allow the scheduling stuff to go around it.
Well....I feel dumb as not having sussed that out before. (D'oh!)
I guess I'll go ahead and post this, so that people will realize how truly clueless I am. :)
