I didn't think we could come up with dumber idea than the proposed BART to San Jose route, but the congressman from Stockton proved me wrong. Our government is most likely going to spend $2 million to study a new freeway route across the Diablo Range.
You would think that when money is tight, we could come up with better ways to spend it. I guess not.
