Readers, I need your help. The image to the left is a black and white photo that I've hand tinted. I want to print it as a 36x48 poster on canvas, stretch it across a wood frame, and give it to my mom as a house warming present, but before I do that, I need to make sure that I got the colors right. I'm colorblind, you see.
The look I'm shooting for is art deco travel poster. The water should be blue, and the ground... Who knows? I think it's sort of yellowish. Can someone with normal color vision (that would be 90% of you) please confirm the colors, and let me know how it looks? Surrealism is okay. Ridiculousness is not. 8:52:51 PM

Remains found a year apart are from same man: "DNA testing confirmed that human remains found separately on Lake Ontario's shore in 1999 and 2000 belonged to the same man. Despite the connection, Jefferson County Sheriff's officials are no closer to identifying the victim, reported the Watertown Daily Times on Saturday" 6:59:31 PM

It's been a year since my Airport base station went to the big junk pile in the sky. For some reason, I've never bothered to replace it. Instead, I tethered my powerbook to a yellow cable, and have been computing from my easy chair. Well, Today I bought a Linksys WAP11. Me and the laptop are moving back to the couch. Whee! I'm wireless again.
I also bought a wireless adaptor for my much neglected PC. Now I can move it downstairs where it might get some use. 6:52:44 PM
