Reader-Submitted: Attempt by Congress to Limit the Supreme Court. A rather frightening little bill, HR 3799, seeks to limit the jurisdiction of the Supreme Court, and basically say that there're certain things that it can't touch.

Ahh. But would the Supreme Court find this unconstitutional? This smacks of Roosevelt's attempt to pack the Supreme Court in order to get aorund problems, problems you can not just legislate away.  comment []9:31:10 AM
