Minority Report
Just back from seeing Minority Report. I've never, to tell the truth, really cared for Spielberg's movies, since Duel and Jaws anyway. But this is different. A really terrific, smart movie that couches a lot of good points in a cracking story. More later, maybe.

Noam Chomsky: A Critical Review
Russell Wyvong writes a very cogent analysis of Noam Chomsky as a political commentator. Unlike a lot of political discussion these days, Wyvong doesn't resort to ad hominem attacks, political strawmen, or sarcasm. Worth reading.
