I have bloged this before. Ebay has a problem. A problem that they refuse to deal with. It is a problem that will end up burning them in one way or another. It's fraud and it's becoming more and more of a legal issue. Yahoo also has this problem and it's even gotten a reaction from Western Union.
The reality is that Ebay, Yahoo, and PayPal don't provide any real help when it comes to fraud. Canned emails, and policies that they use to hide behind the fig leaf that is their "concern for customers." In the end it's "Buyer Beware," because you will get very little help if any from these companies.
