FCC votes no on satellite TV merger The regulator grounds the proposed merger between EchoStar Communications and Hughes Electronics, but the companies intend to keep up the fight...more [CNET News] Even the business owned Bush administration couldn't turn a blind eye to how bad this merger was for consumers.
