Waiting for Godot... We are waiting for the release of the judges ruling in the Microsoft case. I expect that Microsoft will not be pleased with the results and it will be appealed. They will be even less happy with the decision on the merits of the nine states case. I will be surprised if this decision gets implemented. In the time since Microsoft and the DOJ made their agreement, MS has repeated the same behavior that got them here in the first place. We have little more than an hour for a decision...mj 12:58:09 PM
