Another day, another chance... It would appear that the one year old; on-and-off, merger between ABI and EIDT is on again. We will have to see the details - the devil always lies in the details. The first question is -- does this deal bring any cash into the company or is it just a shell game? The second question is, If money is brought into the new company will ABI pay off the many thousands of dollars it owes past employees? Jim Katzaroff will get his chance to live up to his word.
