A couple of useful things I have recently stumbled upon
iTunes (on Windows)
I listen to a number of Internet radio stations in iTunes. I used to
get slightly irritated waiting for the artist and track names to cycle
though - iTunes shows feed URL, then feed name and description,
and then track and artist name in a continuous cycle. I tried clicking
on the text, and I found out I could manually cycle the display,
instead of having to wait.
Incidentally, there is also an option to display an active frequency
histogram instead of the text - click the arrow on the left.
Mozilla Firefox
I'm sure you know that clicking on a link with the middle-mouse button
or scroll-wheel opens the target page in a new tab, but did you know
that doing the same thing on a tab, closes that tab?
You did?
Good.
