WHAT!!!!??? A charity owns a controlling stake in Hershey's???? And, said charity wants to diversitify it's holdings?!?

Am I on the right planet?

POSTSCRIPT: (the charity provides money to a school for disabled children in Hershey, PA). I'm sure both parties do good work, but somehow this just seems really really wierd to me
