You might notice a lack of news today. I can blame this on my dialup (hence not 'always on') connection to the Internet.

Maybe I should shop for a new news aggregator... I hear good things about NetNewsWire. Maybe I'll try it.

Oh yes, people can pay the fine, or have their users have to remember the location of pages. This'll set the web back 5 years, if they get serious (and it doesn't get overthrown first time they try legal action).
