Thanks for all the ongoing information about the outage and for the extra 20 megs of space. I had to solve a technical problem on the computer at work, it crashed, and had only one person breathing down my neck and it was full of sweat and pressure. I can't imagine what it was like to try to solve something like the outage with hundreds, if not more, "customers," albeit understanding customers, waiting for the fix.
