My Own Personal Enron. There may be an Enron-type situation in every industry. Here's a bit on the experience I had. [Erehwon Notebook] A good example from Doug, thanks. Ah, the things that 'managers' do for themselves. Like many pathological personalities (my assessment, not a professional's), apparently some think that no one can figure out what they are doing. Or maybe the assumption is that the observers lack the power or perhaps will to do anything about it. The thing I am sure of is that abuses of power are the result of a lack of critical and dispassionate self-reflection. There are doubtless other things.
