Recalibrating April was a particularly strenuous month. Having Jackson in our lives is truly a blessing. First, he was born, and we spent 3 days in the hospital. Then, my folks came up the first week to meet their first grandchild (we had a great visit). Next, my -inlaws came over for a week (another great visit). Just today, my dad's mom came up to meet her great-grandchild (yet another great visit). And thru this, I had to wrap up one project while starting another, all under the pressure of finishing macroeconomics between diaper changes and bottle feeds (I got an A- btw). I am feeling so tired. I've taken a leave from school, and am pushing back on some other interests, at least for a little bit, till I can get my head above water again. I'm not ignoring you, just recalibrating to my new life. 9:47:08 PM    comment
