Star Wars Episode 2 Review
Thanks to LeapFrog, I got to see Star Wars 2 today, in digital, at the AMC theaters on Van Ness. I must admit, I had a great time! It was far better than Episode 1 (which just felt to crammed), and it left a lot to be answered in Episode 3. Yes, yes, we know that Anikin fathers Luke and Lea, but the storm troopers are on the good side in this one...? Thank goodness JarJar had a much smaller role, but the really cool character was Yoda: He's all digital in this one, and it totally works! Too bad my wife hasn't seen any of the Star Wars movies; she is missing out! :-)

jackson builds his eye muscles
Jackson is definitely developing his eyesight fast. He's looking into my eyes more, and is also looking around the rooms, looking at the artwork on our walls, and watching his mobile with keen interest. His weight isn't gaining as fast as we had thought, but we're not sure we need to be concerned at this point. of course, everyone has an opinion, and collectively we're told that everything is fine.
He's also developing a bit of collic, and holding him helps. The problem is, holding him means not doing much of anything else. Thank goodness for the baby bjorne and the snugli! It feels too cool to have him leaning against my chest, relaxed and peaceful.
I'm eagerly anticipating the day he smiles at me :-)
