Dan Gillmor: "I think the fight for choice is just beginning." I hope you're right Dan, I'm fighting cynicism. Last week, during his keynote at the Colorado Software Summit, Simon Phipps warned us that software development is going to move offshore. It was a bit dreary since he mocked the high salaries present in the industry. But it struck me that he is just another bigCo guy that is missing the point. He talks a bit about Open Source but is forgetting that software development has largely moved online, except for a few big companies. 7:40:27 PM
