The City is in enough turmoil as it is, after the grand failure of the 3 year E-Goverment effort, and I thought I could help with IT issues, evaluting current projects, etc. The last thing we need is the transition team putting people in place that don't use technology in their daily lives. IT is the best means for democratizing government and streamlining business processes. The city has no place for Luddites in leadership.
