Colorado Water
Aurora will allow watering one day per week during April, according to the Rocky Mountain News [March 3, 2004, "Aurora OKs watering plan"]. From the article, "The City Council gave preliminary approval this week to a resolution that allows Aurora's 69,000 water users to choose the day of the week they water. There are no restrictions as to the time of day or how long someone can water, but people can be cited if there is any runoff from their property."
