Recommendations from the article: Steep reductions in lawn watering by raising water prices and promoting Xeriscaping; More water sharing between farms and cities; New pipelines connecting Denver Water and the Northern Colorado Water Conservancy; District systems, to help move water to where it's needed; Increased water reuse, including the use of treated sewage as a water source; Expansion of existing dams, reservoirs and diversion structures.
