The Denver Post editorial staff is patting Governor Owens on the back for his stand on Referendum C [July 4, 2005, "Owens shows fiscal vision"]. They write, "Gov. Bill Owens gave a clear and convincing diagnosis of what ails Colorado's budget during a debate last week with fellow Republican Dick Armey that aired on KBDI-Channel 12."
