Referendums C and D Here's a story about support for Referendums C and D from the Cortez Journal. They write, "This year, electors will decide Nov. 1 if a Band-Aid fix to the Taxpayer's Bill of Rights is worth a rebate of a few dollars per year through 2010. A main difference now from two years ago is that lawmakers from both sides of the aisle, along with Owens, are mainly in lock-step support for referendums C and D. Legislators making the push in favor of the ballot measures include 59th District Rep. Mark Larson, R-Cortez, and Sen. Jim Isgar, D-Hesperus."
