Denver November 2004 Election
The Denver Election Commission is nearly finished counting provisional ballots, according to the Rocky Mountain News [November 17, 2004, "80% of Denver provisional ballots will be counted"]. From the article, "About 10,036 provisional ballots were cast in Denver County, but the Denver Elections Commission won't release exact numbers until results are certified, spokesman Alan McBeth said. Counties have until the end of business today to certify their election results. Watchdog groups have said they won't be able to gauge the significance of the numbers until all counties have reported their numbers."
