Rational: Using Requirements Management to Speed Delivery of Higher Quality Applications

"Requirements management is a systematic approach to identifying, organizing, communicating and managing the changing requirements of a software application."

Try to get past the SEI and CMM stuff in this article and get to the point: Requirements are the foundation of any system. Software developed to meet the requirements is only as good as the requirements.

Pretty bold statement, huh?!
