Cuba May Have Bio Warfare Program. The Bush administration said today it believes Cuba has "at least a limited offensive biological warfare" program and may be transferring its expertise to other countries. By The Associated Press. Rep. Lincoln Diaz-Balart, R-Fla., a leading congressional opponent of the President Fidel Castro's government in Cuba, praised Bolton for the speech. ``It's about time that those who continue to defend Castro realize that they are defending a terrorist,'' he said.

There is something I don't understand. I went to the Dallas Morning news website and they require registration to read the news... So, why do they allow deep linking? does this (deep) link works if you are not registered? and, more importantly, will they sue me?
