I just got an email from the programming team at Blue Sky Research. Textures is coming to Mac OS X! Here is a quote:

most affordable price to all of our customers.
I can't wait. How will it compare to TeXShop? which is already very good. Or will it prompt TeXShop to complete features it lacks (synchronization, hint, hint).
