Venezuela Goes Open Source [Slashdot]
The only possible comment about this is He. The government is so inefficient, they can't even make people stop at red lights, how are they going to force a mess of different organizations, which is what the venezuelan government is, to do anything? Micro$oft just has to use the BSA and tell the venezuelan government that if they go ahead with this plan they will be sued for a lot of money, which they don't have...
Venezuela is the only country of blind people were the one-eyed is not king...

No internet connection in Santa Barbara... I even had to go Wardriving just to get my email! One of the two ISPs I use didn't have a local number, the other wouldn't authenticate me, God knows why!
We had a very nice time in Santa Barbara which is truly lovely, we are now in Anaheim...
