       Clueless investors

Wow.  Apple is trading at only a ~18% premium to cash.  Amazing.  Basically, investors think it will never make a profit again. [John Robb's Radio Weblog]
I think the fact that Apple has produced earnings every quarter since January 2001 show that investors are clueless. They just do not understand a computer company that doesn't do Windows. That's okey, Apple is not going to go bankrupt (not with 4 billion dollars in cash), so the only real danger is a hostile takeover... But not too many companies could do it... Of course, gulp Micro$oft could do it...At least while Bush is in power...

Yesterday I went to see Les Luthiers with my wife. They were very good, extremely funny. Pity their internet presence is not existent. A sample line:- But previous government robbed until they got tired!
- Not this government! This government never tires!
