Palm details HandSpring, PalmSource deal [CNET News.com]

Actually, we already knew this and it may change. Palm Stockholders will get 0.34 of a stock of Palm Source (Symbol: PSRC) for each stock of Palm they own. Handspring stock holder will get 0.09 of a stock of Palm for each stock of Handspring, and will not receive stock in Palm Source. Looking at earnings and stock prices it is pretty clear, Palm and Palm Source are overvalued...
