Let's reword this a bit: "If you're involved in one culture deeply enough to see the essence of a problem from one perspective, you almost by definition do not see the need to understand it from the perspective of another".  Most folks strive towards only the leading edge of understanding and never see the need to move beyond, dig deeper, see what is really going on. 9:29:44 AM
