Errol Morris "Switcher" ads with former Bush supporters who will vote for Kerry

Mark Frauenfelder: Academy Award documentarian Errol Morris (who directed Apple's switcher ads) has created about 50 "switcher" ads for Kerry that are now on his website. A couple ran on MoveOn but most of them never appeared on the Web or TV. Now you can see them all on Morris' site. They're amazing. Link

RollingStone.com: Politics- Fear and Loathing, Campaign 2004
Did you see Bush on TV, trying to debate? Jesus, he talked like a donkey with no brains at all. The tide turned early, in Coral Gables, when Bush went belly up less than halfway through his first bout with Kerry, who hammered poor George into jelly. It was pitiful. . . . I almost felt sorry for him, until I heard someone call him "Mister President," and then I felt ashamed.

Pixar's Mr. Incredible May Yet Rewrite the Apple Story

Even his biggest fans might see Steven P. Jobs, Apple Computer's chief executive, as a brilliant dunce.
[Via New York Times: Technology]
'The run began in 1995 with "Toy Story," the first animated feature generated entirely by computer, a multiple award winner and the highest-grossing movie of that year. From then to now, Pixar has a perfect record. It has released five features to date. All five were critical successes, and all five were commercial blockbusters.

Coming to a screen near you on Nov. 5 will be "The Incredibles," a melding of superhero action and PG-rated comedy. If it follows the pattern established by its predecessors, it will take in $519 million in worldwide box office. (Hey, no pressure!)'
