Yahoo: Peggy Peterson, spokeswoman for the House of Representatives Financial Services Committee speaking about Earl Silbert Kenneth Lay's attorney - "He (Silbert) told us he doesn't know where he (Lay) is and so could not accept the subpoena ... This is a bizarre situation."   // I hope he writes a check to the Enron fund before he checks out too.

  1:53:12 AM
Reuters.com: Van Susteren Brings Fresh Eyes to Fox News, and Drudge slaps together before and after pics.  // She only had a month between gigs to get her face done, I've had a couple months, imagine what could be done ;-)
