7:33:28 PM   Extreme Programming Considered Harmful for Reliable Software Development.(PDF) - Can't remember how I got from my aggregator to here but there is some good stuff here.  Though I continue to preach that there are some good practices hiding beneath the extreme hype, Extreme just doesn't cut it as a whole.   Read through it, recoginize it as one process and then take what is useful and put it in your toolbox for the future.

6:09:56 PM   The Bears desperately need offense.  They just hired Lovie Smith the defensive coordinator for the offensive minded Rams.  The Bears just sink farther and farther.   This was evident when he slipped several times saying "we" many times while being interviewed yesterday.   Only the Bears could go out and again fail to hire the right guy.  A few years ago, the last time around they botched McGinnis and we got Jauron. This time we botched Nick Saban and we get Lovie.
