Maybe "church law" needs to change
CNN: Vatican: Sex abuse policy needs 'greater precision'.  The Vatican formally announced Friday that an agreement reached by United States Roman Catholic bishops on how to deal with priests accused of pedophilia must be amended because of conflicts with church law.  [MyFreePress.com]

Good news in my book...
Pop-ups pushed down at Ask Jeeves.  The company bans pop-up advertisements from its search site--the latest Web operator to discontinue the consumer-loathed commercials.  [CNET News.com]

"It's a trend that analysts say could portend the death of such ads on many other popular sites, such as Yahoo and MSN."  I sure hope so...
