Apple updates AppleScript site
- Apple has revamped the AppleScript web site with sections for News, MacOS, Applications, AppleScript Studio, Developers and Resources. I'm still exploring so I can't say if there's anything new and exciting. Check it out!

Searching Google from Microsoft Word
- Jesse Shanks: "Quite often while reading a Word document, I find occasion to look up a string of text on Google. Of course, I can select the text and switch to the browser and then do a Google search either with a hacked Internet Explorer that searches Google directly or by going to the Google site. Not satisfied with that, I wanted to create a Macro that did this for me using the function that calls AppleScript code."

ChimeraKnight v1.3
- ChimeraKnight is an AppleScript Studio application that automatically updates Chimera to the latest nightly version. No user intervention is required, everything is fully automated. Version changes: Now works on Mac OS X 10.2. In addition, this version will download the latest nightly regardless of whether the "latest-trunk" directory is updated or not. Added an option to cancel dialog when the nightly is not updated, so you can at least check the log or adjust preferences without restarting ChimeraKnight. [d/l]
