More RSS improvements at osaxen.com

- In addition to the changes mentioned on Saturday, the following features have been added to the Scripting Additions database at MacScripter.net.
- The RSS search interface now uses the same code as the web page. You can search for authors, commands, etc.
- You can now limit the search result with the "limit" tag.

Examples:

http://www.osaxen.com/backend.php?keywords=ScTl&limit=3
http://www.osaxen.com/backend.php?keywords=popularfolder&limit=10

The first URL retrieves all scripting addition packages using the Apple Event class "ScTl", limiting the results to 3 packages. The second URL retrieves the 10 most popular scripting additions (by download count).
