Rory Perry's Weblog Law, technology, and the courts Called to the carpet
Here is a "before" shot of a part of the courtroom, showing the desk where I sit on court days, a portion of counsel table and bench, and the red carpet that is being replaced this week. In this shot, all the chairs and benches have been moved. Notice that there is no bar separating counsel area from the public area. You can also make out the "watermarks" on the carpet, which I'm told are a feature of hand-loomed wool carpets that are nearly impossible to reproduce using today's manufacturing methods. I've also learned that red is the hardest color to get right in carpet. 10:27:25 AM [Permanent Link]Now that's a lot of parts Nightly update: 190 parts installed or updated in Radio.root. 8:33:07 AM 234.216 seconds. Hmm, looks like the folks at Userland were busy over the weekend. I'm slowly rebuilding the things you have to do manually when transferring a copy of Radio: Google API key, FTP passwords, activeRenderer, etc. Update: Being an apparent glutton for punishment, I installed 8.0.9b2, which appears to have fixed the upstreaming bug. 8:49:13 AM [Permanent Link]
