Mailing list for OS X Web Services Developers
I’ve been thinking of starting a mailing list for developers who write web services desktop apps for Mac OS X. If I hear from a few people that they would participate, I’ll get it started. via [inessential.com]
Count me in.

First release of GoogleWebAPI
via [Zope.org]
Hmm... I wonder how they're handling SOAP. Last time I checked all the SOAP modules for python seemed to be more or less abandoned. I seem to remember reading something about one of them being picked up and integrated into Zope3 though. Still not sure what to think about SOAP. Haven't really looked at it that closely yet. Considering the religious wars it might be better that way =)

Update: A little digging reveals that they're using Mark Pilgrim's pyGoogle And where does pyGoogle's SOAP come from? Soap.py And it's sitting at sourceforge right next to ZSI Looks like ZSI had a new release on May 14, 2002. I guess they're not all dead.
