The Complete Flash Data Storage & PC Card Solution

MagicRAM Industrial SRAM Memory cards offer a high performance, non-volatile storage solution for code and data storage, disk caching, and write intensive mobile and embedded applications. Packaged in PCMCIA Type I or Type II housing (Type II for cards with extended battery backup time), the MagicRAM Industrial SRAM card is based on high density and super low power SRAM memories, providing densities from 512KB to 16MB.

The SRA series SRAM Memory cards require a 5V power supply and operates at speeds as high as 150 nsec. The SRV series SRAM cards is a universal 3V/5V power supply allows for wider compatibility between systems. The cards are based on advanced CMOS technology, providing very low power and reliable data retention characteristics.

MagicRAM Industrial SRAM cards contain a rechargeable lithium battery and recharge circuitry. The recharge feature eliminates the danger of battery failure and data loss during critical times, the risk of damage to the host and module components when batteries are removed or inserted, and avoids the environmental harm posed when disposing of used batteries.

By fully encasing the battery within an ultra-sonically welded housing, MagicRAM Industrial SRAM cards offer greater resistance to shock and vibration.

The Industrial SRAM cards are available in standard (0[infinity]C - +70[infinity]C) and extended temperature (-40[infinity]C - +85[infinity]C).
