Remember the shower head I mentioned?  I finally found the site I originally bought it from.  This is an awesome shower head.  I like this quote:  If you want a forceful shower, the German engineered Giessdorf is for you. So Microsoft and IBM have patents on web services technology, the technology they've been pushing for the last little while.  Once a company promotes a particular piece of technology without mentioning patent encumbrances, they should have no right to charge for those patents later.  It's ridiculous.
