OODA Simulation - Really Cool! I found this by accident - it is a flash simulation showing the power of OODA. You are a general, your country has been invaded. You have to make a series of decisions with a lot going on and a lot of pressure. I found it very real and fun. The Product is Relationships! Three Degrees - MSFT's new Chat Killer? David Reed's view is that the ultimate business model is one where the facilitator creates the space for community and then connects the Communities. 100 years after Einstein, is not there some truth that the main ambition of all us is to be in real relationship? Does not the traditional organization inadvertently destroy all relationships? Is not Blogging etc getting us close to that goal? If so then the key performance issue for organizations is to develop real relationships with everyone, in and outside, so that the human need is met AND that we can really cope with the pace of life as we have the TRUST to learn and adapt? If this is so, then THE REAL RELATIONSHIP is the goal of much of the new software. My bet is that we will see Magic Numbers set the limits for these groups. 8:36:01 AM    comment []
